Commonly Asked Questions About Our Durable Bags
All inventory that is already in stock will ship within 2 business days of your order being placed. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground Express Saver service (Monday through Friday) within the continental United States. If an item that is ordered is out of stock or will be delayed, you will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail.
All shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of the products. See rate schedule under Shipping Information tab. Purchases are tax exempt except for orders from Florida (estimated state tax, 7%).
Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt, in new, unused condition with tags intact. A 20% restocking fee may apply. A return authorization number (RAN) must accompany all returns. Please call (866) 353-0066 or e-mail us at customerservice@codealphagearplus.com for a RAN. Any return must be shipped prepaid and should be shipped by insured U.S. mail or UPS. We do not accept C.O.D.'s.
If the item you received was not what you expected or really wanted, you won’t be stuck with it. (Note: If your item was damaged or defective, see our Damage section below). You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. If you are returning a product that had additional shipping charges, either because shipping was not free or because you upgraded the shipping, these charges will not be refunded. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned and a refund to your credit card will be done under our standard return policy.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Using our Standard Return Policy:
- Please email customerservice@codealphagearplus.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at (866) 353-0066. We will give you a RAN number and a return address.
- Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
- Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. This may be our main office, a distribution center, or warehouse.
- Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
- Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling costs. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Everything listed on our site is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Code Alpha Gear Plus offers a lifetime warranty by the manufacturer against all manufacturing defects, excluding natural wear and tear and abuse. Please see "Terms of Service" for details.
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping, and we double-box many items. However, if a product is damaged in shipping, or if you received an incorrect order, we will happily issue a replacement or a full refund, including applicable taxes and shipping fees at no extra cost to you.
