Shipping Policies

Code Alpha Gear Plus Management Company

  • All in-stock merchandise will ship within the continental United States within two to five business days of your order being placed and will ship via our default shipping method FedEx Express Saver (Monday through Friday) unless otherwise indicated.
  • If an item is out of stock, will be delayed, or is no longer available, you will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail.
  • For all items involving embroidery or silkscreening, please allow an additional 10–14 days for your order to be shipped. If your order requires embroidery and you have selected either a 2-Day or Overnight shipping option, your order will be sent 2-Day or Overnight from the completion of embroidery.
  • Applicable taxes apply for residents of Florida and are customer responsibility.
  • United States orders are subject to US shipping fees (see schedule below).

We do not offer a return policy for any stock item.

Code Alpha Gear Plus in conjunction with Mercury Tactical Gear® has provided durable, high-quality gear that is field tested and battle proven. The Mercury Tactical Gear Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. If a product ever fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product without charge.

What do you mean LIFETIME?

The term "lifetime" refers to the normal span of life of the materials and components of the product, not your lifetime. We strive to manufacture each product with the most durable materials to withstand the harshest of elements and exposure, but all products eventually will break down.


Manufacturer defects or product failures. Frailty or shortcoming in a product resulting from a departure from its design specifications during production.
Defective materials (zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.)


Damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence
Normal wear and tear over extended time and use
Combat damage


For all replacement issues, please return your bag to your original place of purchase.

If you are unable to return your product to your authorized dealers, please complete the form below to begin the Warranty Claim evaluation process to review the product defect. If the claim is determined to be valid, a repair or replacement will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks. Mercury Tactical Gear has the discretion to provide a comparable replacement if the original product is no longer available.
