Shipping Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • All in-stock merchandise will ship within the continental United States within two to five business days of your order being placed and will ship via our default shipping method FedEx Ground (Monday through Friday) unless otherwise indicated.
  • If an item is out of stock, will be delayed, or is no longer available, you will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail.
  • For all items involving embroidery or silkscreening, please allow an additional 10–14 days for your order to be shipped. If your order requires embroidery and you have selected either a 2-Day or Overnight shipping option, your order will be sent 2-Day or Overnight from the completion of embroidery.
  • Applicable taxes apply for residents of Florida and are customer responsibility.
  • United States orders are subject to US shipping fees (see schedule below).

  • All shipping rates below are in United States dollars (USD)
  • Shipping rates below apply to shipping within the continental United States only. Please call for rates to Hawaii and Alaska or other locations.

CUSTOMER SHIPPING POLICY:

  • All in-stock items will ship within ten to fourteen business days of the order being placed.
  • Orders will ship via FedEx Ground Saver or UPS Ground service (Monday through Friday).
  • If an item is out of stock, will be delayed, or is no longer available, you will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail.
  • Applicable taxes are the customer responsibility.
  • orders are subject to US shipping fees (see above rate schedule).

RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY:

Code Alpha Gear Plus covers any manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. If a product ever fails because of an error in design or handicraft or because of a defective part, we will repair or replace the product without charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper usage, damage by weather or natural climate conditions.

REPLACEMENT INFORMATION:

1.  Replacement consideration is best done by you returning your item to the original location of purchase, where you will be further assisted.

2.  If you purchased your bag from Code Alpha Gear Plus, please complete the form below to begin a Warranty Claim evaluation. We will assess the claim by the form you complete and images you provide us.  If the claim is valid, we will either repair or provide a replacement bag for you.   If the product is no longer in our inventory then we will do our best to replace it with as similar a bag as possible.
